The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No.181 of 2018 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda.

Taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition and on perusal of the order sheet annexed to the writ petition, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of with an observation the Petitioner may pursue learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda for early disposal of C.P. No.181 of 2018.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
