The petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the opposite party no.5 to allow her to sale away her ancestral property and execute the registered sale deed in absence of the Record of Right. No material is produced to show that the document filed was refused by the opposite party no.5.

Be that as it may, since no one appears for the petitioners, this writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. However, liberty is given to the petitioner
