This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 15.02.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 4176 of 2022.

Considering the averments made in the application itself and after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 15.02.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.4176 of 2022 is recalled and fresh order is passed in W.P.(C) No. 4176 of 2022.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to set aside the engagement order dated 22.08.2019 of opposite party no.5 as at Annexure-9 and to issue direction to the opposite party-authority to engage the petitioner as anganwadi helper in Ainlapali Anganwadi Centre, Bolangir within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has preferred appeal bearing Misc. Appeal Case No. 1 of 2020 before the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-15 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance made by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner bearing Misc. Appeal Case No. 1 of 2020 vide Annexure-15, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if the same has not yet been disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
