The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of transfer order dated 22.04.2021 keeping in view the Government circular dated 29.07.1991, as the petitioner is going to retire within two years of service. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-4, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-6 within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-4 taking into consideration Annexure-6, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of

receipt of the certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
