This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Since the earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner in ABLAPL No.16524 of 2021 was rejected by this Court on 25.02.2022, I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application, which is accordingly disposed of.
