Heard learned counsel for the Parties. An extra copy of the Brief be served on Mr.Sahoo, learned ASC.

The Writ Petition involves issuing a Mandamus against O.Ps.3 & 4 for taking a lawful decision on the Application for Pharmacist Registration Certificate in favour of the Petitioner. 3.
Considering that there is substantial delay in undertaking such exercise, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing O.Ps.3 & 4 to take decision in accordance with law on the Application of the Petitioner for the purpose of Pharmacist Registration Certificate involving the Petitioner by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. It is further observed, in the event any deficiency is found, the Petitioner will be provided opportunity for clearing such deficiency. 4.
A free copy of this order be supplied to Mr.Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel.
