This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:- i.
To direct the Opposite Parties to release the arrear differential revised pay w.e.f.
1.1.2016 to 31.08.2017.
ii.
To direct the opposite parties to issue the certificate in Form No.16 for the amount deducted as Income Tax from the arrear claims.
iii.
And pass such other order/orders as may deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been filed a representation before the Collector, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2 on 20.01.2022 under Annexure-1 series but the said Opposite Party has not considered the same as of now.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time. 6.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 20.01.2022 under Annexure-1 series in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered by passing a speaking and reasoned order on the same. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. 7.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
