Heard Mr. J.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

On the basis of instruction, Mr. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the impugned order dated 27.05.2005 passed in Lease Revision Case No. 577 of 1986 under Annexure-1 has already been set aside by this Court in W.P. (C) No. 19894 of 2008, W.P. (C) No. 19903 of 2008, W.P. (C) No. 19918 of 2008 and W.P. (C) No. 14423 of 2010 and the Lease Revision Case is presently subjudice in the Court of ADM, Bhubaneswar.

In such background, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served by quashing the impugned order once again. However, since the matter is still pending before the ADM, Bhubaneswar, we permit the petitioner to file his objection

and direct that the same shall be taken into account while disposing of the above noted Lease Revision Case in accordance with law. 4.
