Mr. P.C. Nayak, learned counsel entered appearance and files vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner. The same be kept on record. It is contended that the notification which is under challenged, i.e., Office Memorandum dated 09.06.2014, with regard to modalities for reimbursement of enhanced minimum wages consequent upon Revision of Minimum Wages to contractors engaged in the execution of PMGSY works, has been modified and fresh notification has been issued by the authority on 03.03.2017. It is contended that the petitioner now wants to challenge the fresh notification dated 03.03.2017, and therefore, he does not want to press this writ petition.
