This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 1.
The aforementioned I.A. has been filed for withdrawal of the writ petition.

The Petitioner has filed the writ petition for direction to give rehabilitation benefits as per the Orissa Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy, 2006 read with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in the meantime, the part amount as per R&R Policy, 2006 has been paid during
// 2 // pendency of the writ petition except the monetary compensation and now there has been a settlement between the contesting parties on 13th August, 2022. Therefore, he prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Mr. L. Samantaray, Addl. Govt. Advocate has no objection to the above.
