examined by the Tahasildar, Rajnagar (Opposite Party No.5) and after notice to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.8, and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 2nd September, 2022 and be communicated to the parties not later than 9th September, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
