Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail order dated 30th June, 2015 passed by the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2 in Revision Petition No.8677 of 2002, whereby the revision filed by the Petitioners under Section 15(b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 (for short, 'the Act') has been dismissed. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Memo so filed be taken on record.
