This writ petition has been filed for correction of ROR in respect of Khata No.2239 situated in mouza Patharagadia under Bhubaneswar tahasil.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy available under Section 15(b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958.
