Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to absorb the petitioner as Gana Sikhyak in terms of the Government circular dated 27.06.2008 by considering the petitioner as an Ex-NFE Teacher and also to extend similar benefit as has been extended to other similarly situated employees, who have been adjusted as Gana Sikhyak as per the Government decision dated 27.06.2008 or in the alternative opposite party no.2 be directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner under Annexure-5, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State counsel has raised no objection. 5.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court,
without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.
