This writ petition is filed seeking a direction for early disposal Order No.

of the appeal vide O.P.L.E. Appeal No.16/2020 pending before the Sub-Collector, Khurdha.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs the Sub-Collector, Khurda to dispose of the O.P.L.E. Appeal No.16 of 2020 giving opportunity of hearing to the Appellant as well as the parties likely to be affected, within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
