This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Writ Petition has been filed to give promotion to the Petitioners in the post of Lineman-A with seniority and all other service, Consequential and Financial benefits with effect from the date the Opposite Party Nos. 5 and 9 were promoted to the post of Lineman-A.

Mr. B.K. Routray, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, files a Memo praying therein to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file better application, which be kept on record. 4.
Mr. B.K. Routray, learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the mean time some of the Petitioners have been promoted and some are likely to be promoted shortly and the management has also been changed in the meantime time as Tata Power has taken over the Management of earstwhile SOUTHCO Utility.

In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the Writ Petitioner stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
