Heard Mr. J. Kamila, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Opposite Party - State and Mr. S. Swain, learned counsel appearing for the informant.

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner Sabitri Behera in connection with Soro P.S. Case No.225 of 2020 corresponding to S.T. Case No.36/61 of 2021 pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Balasore for alleged commission of offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of double murder. Upon hearing all the parties and considering the statements of eye-witnesses, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner deviating the earlier order passed in BLAPL No.633 of 2021. Accordingly, her prayer for bail is rejected.

The BLAPL is dismissed.
