1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the state and Informant.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Opposite Party No. 2 after the notice has already registered his presence. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a copy of the counter has also been handed over to him. If that be so, the parties are directed to appear before the Co-coordinator the Mediation Centre on 22nd February, 2023 to receive further instruction with regard to the fixing of the date for Mediation.

3. List this matter on 15th March, 2023 awaiting the report from the Mediator.
