Heard Mr. H. B. Sutar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties. 3.
Being aggrieved by her non-selection as Anganwadi helper of Binatara Anganwadi Center, the petitioner is stated to have preferred an appeal to the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak, (Opposite Party No.3) which is on record at Annexure-6. On perusal of Annexure-7, it is seen that the said representation was sent to the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.3) by Registered Post. 4.
The present writ petition is disposed of, directing the Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the representation at Annexure6 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and Opposite Party No.8 and decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner.

With such direction the writ petition stands disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
