Heard Mr.Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of the Full Bench decision of this Court in the case of Swarna Prava Tripathy and another Vs. Dibyasingha Tripathy and another reported in 1998(II) O.L.R. 1, Mr.Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for conversion of the case to CRLMP.

Considering such submission, the prayer of Mr.Roy is accepted. Office is directed to convert the writ petition as CRLMP and do the stamp reporting afresh.
