This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.401 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack on the ground of threat to her life. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner-wife. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party-husband in spite of sufficiency of notice.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that Civil Proceeding No.401 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order.

However, liberty is given to the Opposite Partyhusband to seek the review of the order, if so aggrieved. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
