The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the opposite parties to refund the entire deposited amount along with interest.

It is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the contract, if the same is permissible under law and in such event, the authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.
