This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Heard Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.
According to Mr. Tripathy, though the Petitioner was displaced twice on account of land acquisition, however, he has not been paid additional 50% compensation as ex-grtia in tune with provisions of Odisha Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy, 2006.

In course of hearing, Mr. Tripathy requested that liberty may be granted to the Petitioner to approach Opposite Party No.2-Collector, Angul for redressal of his grievances and the said Opposite Party may be directed to take a decision on the representation undertaken to be filed within a specified time. 5.
Considering such submissions, this Court grants liberty to the Petitioner to approach Opposite Party No.2-Collector, Angul by filing a representation within a period of fifteen days
// 2 // hence along with a certified copy of this order by registered post. In the event of receipt of such representation by Opposite Party No.2, he/she is directed to take a decision on the said representation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation along with a copy of this order and communicate result of such exercise to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
