This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Since this case arises out of a complaint petition in which summons have been issued to the petitioners for their appearance but there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
