This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 18.11.2015. Moreover, this Court by an order dated 18.11.2015 has directed the petitioner to take fresh steps for issuance of notice to opposite party No.2 but till today no requisite has been filed for issuance of notice afresh as per the noting of today's cause list.

In view of such facts, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution. ( G. Satapathy) Judge
