Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2021 in connection with Handapa P.S. Case No.116 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.342/2019 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Athmallik for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 392/34 of IPC.

Considering the submissions, materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail and shall further appear before the IIC of Town Police Station, Dhenkanal once in every fortnight for a period of six months.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
