None appears for the petitioners when the matter is called. Heard Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the opposite party. 2.
The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the proceeding in 1.C.C. Case No.1472 of 2015 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar on the grounds stated therein.

Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party referring to an order dated 16th February, 2019 passed in CRLMC No.3587 of 2015 submits that involving a similar cause of action, a direction has been made to return the complaint to the complainant for its presentation before the court of competent jurisdiction and accordingly, he prays for disposal of the matter in the same terms.

In view of the above, the CRLMC application is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to return the complaint in 1.C.C. No.1472 of 2015 to the complainant forthwith so that the
// 2 // same may be filed in the court of having jurisdiction to entertain and dispose it of according to law.
