Mr. Sitakanta Hota, learned counsel for the Petitioner today again submits that in the meantime he has given consent and the brief has already been transferred, but on perusal of order passed on 29.11.2022, it appears that Mr. Sitakanta Hota, learned counsel for the Petitioner has also submitted likewise on that date. 3.

Mr. J. Sahoo, learned counsel for the informant is present today so also on that date and Mr. P.K. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the State is also present on that date as well as today. 4.

None had appeared for the Petitioner on 29.11.2022 and today also.

In the aforesaid premises, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this BLAPL stands dismissed.
