This application has been filed for restoration of CONTC No. 268 of 2012.

As it appear, CONTC No. 268 of 2012 (arising out W.P.(C) No. 18280 of 2011 disposed of on 14.12.2011) has been dismissed on 06.03.2018 and, as such, after expiry of more than four years, this application has been filed for restoration of the same. 4.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.

Accordingly, the CMAPL stands dismissed.
