It is submitted that in the meantime learned District Judge, Cuttack has joined and necessary direction be issued to dispose of the appeal in terms of the order passed by this Court on 26.04.2022.

Taking into account the submissions made, this Court disposes of the I.A. with a direction to the learned District Judge, Cuttack to dispose of the appeal in terms of the order passed by this Court on 26.04.2022 by the end of September,2022, if there is no other legal impediment. 5.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
