2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Laikera P.S. Case No.93 of 2014 corresponding to G.R Case No.1161 of 2014 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Jharsuguda on the ground that it is a case of elopement.

3. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to quash the same. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to file a petition, if the cause of action still survives.
