1. The impugned order dismissed the W.P.(C) No.7556 of 2017 of the Appellant on the ground that the appropriate forum was the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT). While at that point in time, the SAT was still functioning, as of date, it is already stands abolished. The Appellant, obviously, cannot be without a remedy. Since in any event such matters are to be filed only before the learned Single Judge of this Court, the Court sets aside the impugned order dated 1st August, 2017 and restores W.P.(C) No.7556 of 2017 to the file of the learned Single Judge. It will be listed before the Roster Bench of the learned Single Judge for directions on 12th December, 2022.
