1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 2nd January, 2022 in connection with Jeypore Town P.S. Case No.01/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.01/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 452/394/34 of IPC. It is submitted that investigation has already concluded and the alleged stolen cash has been recovered.

4. Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the condition that they shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
