Heard Mr. A.K. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 12.02.2018 cancelling the tender bearing Bid Identification No. Tender Online RWC 14-17 dated 30.11.2017 invited by the Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Circle, Cuttack and further seeks to quash the tender invited by the Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Circle, Cuttack vide Bid Identification No. Tender Online RWC 06-18 dated 17.02.2018.

Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate, on instructions received vide letter dated 25.11.202021 from the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Division, Jagatsinghpur, states that the authorities have decided to cancel both the tenders, as mentioned above and also seeks liberty of this Court to go for fresh tender. The instructions received by the State Counsel vide letter dated 25.11.2021 be kept on record. 5.
