By way of this writ petition the Petitioners have made a serious allegation that by way of the communication vide Annexure-2 the Petitioners have raised their objections to the reservation aspect.

Taking this Court to the disclosures through Annexure-3 Mr. Jalli, learned counsel for Petitioners contended that though there is indication of consideration of objection and suggestion in paragraph no.2 of Annexure-3, but in fact there has been no communication of the outcome on the objection of the Petitioners as of now. Petitioners apprehend that there might not be bringing out

// 2 // Annexure-3 in absence of consideration of the objection of the Petitioners.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court observes, unless the Petitioners get the outcome on such objection, there cannot be a properly constituted writ petition for consideration of this Court. Looking to the stage of allegation this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes, in the event there is already consideration of the objection of the Petitioners vide Annexure-2, result of the same shall be communicated to the Petitioners at least within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners. It is also made clear that depending on such outcome, if the Petitioners are so advised, may re-approach the Court with properly constituted writ petition. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
