1. The affidavit of Opposite Party No.2- Informant, confirming that the disputes have been settled between the Petitioner and him is taken on record.

2. In that view of the matter, the Odagaon P.S. Case No.81 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 106 of 2014 and all proceedings consequent thereto pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Odagaon are hereby quashed.

3. The petition is disposed of accordingly. The interim order passed earlier is hereby vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
