1. Heard Mr.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

2. This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. and the offences alleged are under Section 302/34 of the IPC.

3. Upon perusal of the copies of depositions of P.Ws.1 to 17, particularly P.Ws.13 and 15, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is rejected. ( B.P. Routray) Judge C.R.Biswal
