This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The matter was not in the cause list. On being mentioned by Miss Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner stating that the Petitioner wants to withdraw the RPFAM, the same is taken up by a Special cause List.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 22nd January, 2019 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Nabarangpur in Cr.P. No.30 of 2018, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.5,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application i.e. on 29th May, 2018.

In course of hearing, Miss Sahoo, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner does not want to press the RPFAM. Hence, she prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.
