1. The Petitioner's grievance petition dated 16th August 2021 Order No.

(Annexure-1) be examined by the Project Director NH 203 (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.3, and after hearing them, a reasoned decision be given not later than 25th April, 2022. A copy of the decision be made available to the parties not later than 2nd May, 2022.

2. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
