Since the said question has already been decided by this Court in W.P.(C) No.12110 of 2015 (State of Odisha v. Deepti Ranjan Mohanty), vide Judgment dated 05.07.2022, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Judgment. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
