This Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
(i) " The decision of the Opp. Party No-1 issuing letter No.2034 dated 17.02.2018 under annexure:7 to disengage the petitioner from their service as security Guard deployed at Kalinga Stadium Bhubaneswar and to engage fresh supporting staff procuring from a Agency engaged in Orissa Mining Corporation in pursuance to the Letter No. 2037 dated 17.02.2018 under Annexure:8 shall not be quashed being illegal, arbitrary, improper and unconstitutional ;
(ii) A specific direction shall not be issued to the opp. parties to allow the petitioners to continue in their respective posts and to consider the services of the petitioners as contractual employees and to absorb them in the existing vacancies as they are fulfilling all the necessary criteria and continuing in their service with the satisfaction of superiors;"

At the time of call, Mr. P. Dash, on behalf of Mr. A. N. Pattanayak, learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a submission that by efflux of time, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
