The Writ Petition involves a direction for early disposal of the Suit involved. The Suit was hardly filed on 23.8.2021. State was reeling under severe Corona effect. Therefore, this Court does not find any scope for targeting such Suit. In the result, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
