This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

The petitioner was detained under the National Security Act. Subsequently, interim order was passed by this Court to facilitate his appearance in the examination, as he was a student. Thereafter, the detention order is stated to have been withdrawn. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that, though the detention order was withdrawn, the ground of withdrawal was not communicated to the petitioner and he is still in dark about the ground of the fact and such fact may cast a stigma, so far as the petitioner's future prospect is concerned.

So far as the prayer for Habeas Corpus is concerned, that is no more alive.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack is directed to communicate the ground of withdrawal of detention order to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order. After perusal of the said order, the petitioner, if so advised, may take appropriate recourse to law, if any stigma is cast on his future prospect.

With the aforesaid observation, the WPCRL is disposed of. 8.
