1.The Petitioners' representation (Annexure-7) shall be considered by the Collector, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners and hearing them, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 16th May, 2022 and be communicated to the Petitioners not later than 23rd May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits. It will be open to the Petitioners to seek interim order from the Collector.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
