1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that no cause of action Order No.

survives as far as the present petition is concerned.

2. Although learned counsel for the Petitioner maintains that all the arrears of maintenance have been paid to the Opposite Party, counsel for the Opposite Party submits that he is not aware if that is so. In the event that there are any arrears of maintenance still to be paid, it will be open to the Opposite Party to inform the counsel for the Petitioner as well as the Petitioner and seek appropriate remedies if it is still not paid.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice S.K. Jena/Secy.
