It is alleged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner being a Complainant lodged a complaint on illegal construction resulting registration of U.C. Case No.5 of 2020. By way of Writ Petition, it is alleged that in spite of registration of such Case, there was no further development.

Considering the U.C. Case No.5 of 2020 pending since 2020, this Court directs that in the event of pendency of any such proceeding, attempt may be made to dispose of such proceeding but however involving the Parties likely to be affected within a period of

// 2 // three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitoners.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
