2. The present contempt has been filed stating that the opposite parties have violated the interim order dated 8th December, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) No. 7109 of 2015, whereby the Court had directed the maintaining of status-quo in respect of the suit land till 22nd December, 2015.

3. On perusal of the record bears out that the said writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 18th April, 2017 in the light of disputed questions of facts with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for seeking their remedy in respect of the property in question.

4. In view of the above, we find no ground to pursue the present contempt and accordingly the CONTC is dismissed.
