I.A. No.335 of 2019 & W.A. No.62 of 2019 03.

1. There is an inordinate delay of 860 days in filing the present writ appeal. The reasons advanced by learned counsel appearing for the Appellant for the delay is that the Appellant could not contact the previous counsel who was conducting the case. This excuse according to the Court is not a valid one as it was expected of the Appellant to regularly follow up with his Lawyer regarding the status of the case.

2. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to condone the extraordinary delay in filing the present appeal. Accordingly, I.A. No.335 of 2019 is dismissed. Consequently, the writ appeal is dismissed.
