Heard Mr. V. Chopda, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release the EMD and GST outstanding as indicated under Annexure-5 along with interest @ 12% within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-7 series which is at page-47 of the brief, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-5 and in terms of the agreement executed between the parties within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-7 series which is at page-47 of the brief, taking into

consideration Annexure-5 and in terms of the agreement executed between the parties, and pass a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
