1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner was serving as teacher at Boden UPS, Dharamgarh under opposite party No.3. While the petitioner was continuing as such, a disengagement order was passed by the opposite party No.3. The said disengagement order was challenged before this Court in W.P.(C) No.20679/2012. The said writ petition was dismissed on 26.03.2021. The petitioner challenged the dismissal order in writ appeal, bearing W.A. No.320 of 2021. The said writ appeal was disposed with a direction to the enquiring Officer to re-inquire the matter and proceed accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation to the opposite party No.3 regarding submission of her original documents in the enquiry proceeding pursuant to order passed by this Court on 16.04.2021 in the said writ appeal. Therefore, the petitioner seeks an order from this Court to direct the opposite party No.3 to dispose of her representation annexed as Annexure-2 in the present writ petition.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, the opposite party No.3-District Project Co-coordinator, SSA, Kalakhandi is directed to dispose of the representation made by the present petitioner within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order without fail.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
